Twin Beans is pleased to announce the successful deployment of its first reference site in the Philippines at National Children's Hospital. The project was delivered in collaboration with A.M.I. Equipment Services and Solutions, Inc. (A.M.I.), Twin Beans' authorized distribution partner in the Philippines, marking a significant milestone in the company's expansion into Southeast Asia.
The installation focuses on integrating a 4K surgical light camera for operative field recording, enabling high-quality capture of open surgical procedures. By preserving comprehensive surgical field footage, healthcare providers can establish more accurate and complete clinical documentation compared to conventional static image-based records.

For surgeons and operating room teams, operative field recording offers valuable opportunities for post-operative review, workflow optimization, quality improvement initiatives, and surgical education. The ability to revisit procedures in detail supports continuous learning and transforms routine surgical cases into reusable clinical knowledge assets.
As healthcare organizations increasingly invest in digital transformation and surgical education, high-quality surgical video has become a critical component of clinical documentation, knowledge preservation, and future data-driven healthcare initiatives.

Although this project represents a streamlined implementation, it signifies an important step in introducing Smart OR imaging integration solutions to the Philippine healthcare market. It also demonstrates the growing demand for surgical imaging technologies that enhance patient care, clinical efficiency, and professional education.
Twin Beans looks forward to strengthening its partnership with A.M.I. and supporting more hospitals across the Philippines through advanced imaging integration, surgical recording, medical image management, and remote collaboration solutions.
